Loved the packaging even though 1 of the boxes was damaged quite a bit. They color is grayish. Doesn't set up as high as I thought but great for a short person. I love that it came with the felt on the bottom of the legs. Also UPS delivered it to the wrong address after there were specific delivery instructions stated on the order.

Worst purchase ever!

I unpacked this loveseat and did not receive the seating cushions, legs for item, and assembly instructions. I noticed the color is pearl and not white. I have tried to reach out to 3rd party seller and haven't had satisfaction. I called the manufacturer in New Jersey and emailed this company about my complaint. So far no response. Will I have to try and return item? Grr.
