Delivered on time and really well packaged, easy to use, good material. Easy to install, place on the chair and this one stays in place, sit down and enjoy. The pressure is strong and can be adjusted if your back is sensitive. Really helped with my lower back and thigh pain, and much less expensive than buying a full massage chair. If you are tall you may need some adjustment for it to reach your shoulders/upper back.
