When i first put it on, it felt so Amazing literally like i was a kid playing on a playground for the first time, it felt freeing even though very heavy. But Could not wait to start training, conditioning ect. It will definitely push you to your limit when working out. Great for the price nice pocket strap

I am 230 weight 16lb is a bit heavy but does help while walking trails makes you sweat more to burn calories faster. It's a bit big on me even with straps pulled all the way nice material air wicking drys quick. I think I would order again for the price but maybe a 8 or 10lb would be better for running .
