Quick to make, taste great, and does make you feel warm and relaxed for bedtime, but not drowsy or anything like that. I'm sensitive to caffeine so I purchase regardless of the “sleepytime” aspect, but tend to really only drink during wind down time. Great ingredients. I use two at a time because I like mine a bit more flavorful but I'm sure you could do the same with one and add less water, that's just what I do.

I am so glad I tried this tea, because it actually works! After working the night shift for years, I was having a very hard time sleeping at night. I didn't want to take sleeping medications; however, I did try Melatonin without success. I had heard of Sleepytime teas, but drinking a hot beverage at any time in Florida wasn't exactly appealing. After reading the reviews, I decided it was worth a try. The aroma is soothing, it tastes wonderful and I slept a few hours the first night. I steep it for 6 minutes and add 2 teaspoons of natural honey. Needless to say, this was a fantastic purchase and has made such a difference for me.
