This is tested, and real

I'm trying this for the first time after reading an article by a neurosurgeon in the New York Post that said creatine monohydrate. Though it's most commonly used to boost muscle performance, there's also emerging evidence supporting its benefits for cognition, recovery from sleep deprivation, and healthy aging, especially when paired with exercise and protein intake. I have been taking brain, healthy supplements that had all sorts of weird ingredients. at least this is tested and real.
