Subtitles won't turn off

I bought the movie in hopes of being able to watch it. Unfortunately, I dislike subtitles and even though there is an option to turn them off, the movie does not turn off the subtitles when I choose this option. I have tried multiple times to tell it to turn off subtitles but it does not and I don't know what to do to turn them off, I've tried everything. Would love to watch it but can't due to the subtitles.
