Great for stir fry

I like this better than shiritaki noodles. The addition of Moringa leaves adds added nutrients and vitamins. So easy to prepare. Can be used with combination meal or on its own. I have always used entire package . The noodles will take on flavor of whatever you are making. Quality is great. Clean and great for low carb/keto.

FANTASTIC!

if you soften these noodles with lemon (or vinegar) and baking soda, these have the exact texture of glass noodles. So perfect for a lot of asian style cuisine!
