Size runs a slightly slimmer than expected. I've been a 1XL-T for years but got the 2XL-T and fits perfectly. And now I can actually button the top one for a neck tie. The sleeves and overall length is plenty adequate (6'1"/ 250 lbs, very long arms). The perm press still looked very good after washing so far. Too many other brands don't look the same after just one wash. Good fit and looks very nice. I ordered more for work.
