i love it! i just got it yesterday, it was easy to assemble, i let it charge fully before trying it. i have 2 teenagers and a 175lb mastiff who i b swear is worse than a toddler, white ceramic tile and my floor gets AWFUL, showers get dirty (i love my baths). i used 3 different heads so far, its powerful and hard working, you do have to apply some pressure which is harder for me lol-but my shower looks brand new (i used softscrub too), and my floors came clean where the most mud and stuff gathers. the handheld option and extenders are both awesome, the flash sale was awesome, i couldnt be happier unless it came with a maid lol.
