Seems to be working
I only bought this because I wanted to see if it would help restore my hair color, or get rid of some of the gray naturally. After doing a lot of research I found this herb has a lot more benefits than I realized. I plan to use this long term, so it may be too soon to give an adequate view. Swanson's offers an excellent price compared to most other places. So I'll continue to use and give an update in the future.

If fo-ti is taken as recommended, you will certainly recognize the results. I noticed that my hair was turning white in some sections, .......started taking fo-ti and noticed the color returning in the white hair, Omgosh, I am highly impressed with this product!
