Laboratory chest freezer capable of -30 C (-22 F) operation

Accucold's low temperature laboratory series includes a range of chest freezers capable of operating at -30 C (-22 F).The VT203 is a manual defrost chest freezer with 19.8 cu.ft. of storage capacity designed to store laboratory and institutional materials at -30C. It includes a digital thermostat and high/low temperature alarm with an external temperature readout, calibrated to NIST standards in our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory. We include a 2-year certificate of calibration for your records, as well as the option of re-calibrating your temperature probe at the time of its expiration. This freezer comes in a white finish with stainless steel bumpers pre-installed on the front corners for added protection in high traffic settings. The counterbalanced hinges allow you to keep the lid open when loading and unloading, with an easy grab handle and keyed lock included. The hammered aluminum interior includes two wire storage baskets. Additional sizes in our -30C series are available, as well as lower temperature options. For additional temperature assurance, the CDC recommends a calibrated digital data logger (DDL), which can be added with the factory-installed option DL2B or addition of the DL2BKit accessory.
