Floor Coat is a 100% acrylic waterborne floor enamel. Designed to promote security when walking to prevent potentially harmful or dangerous slips in interior or exterior floors. Floor Coat is ideal for interior or exterior surfaces such as wood, metal and concrete. Excellent for basement floors, porches, decks, patios, steps and other floor applications. The surface must be clean and dry prior to painting. Remove dirt, grease and scrape off loose and scaling paint. Dull glossy surfaces by lightly sanding.
