I LOVE CAYENNE!! I was buying it in the 1 ounce packets all the time. I am so glad I found this giant jar of CAYENNE!! I plan to use the cayenne for many medicinal purposes. One of the best ways to use Cayenne is in your Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar tea with the Mother. -- Mix 1 cup of boiled water with 1 TB of honey, mix well, add 1/4 C of Apple Cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of Cayenne or more if you like, and the juice of 1 lemon. mix it up and drink 2TB a day or every 2 hours. -- If you have a sinus infection, sip it with hot water. If you put it in water you can sip it all day. Add too much honey and you might not like it. Go easy. I drank this tea a few times a day for a month and it cured my pain. I am not lying.
