Easy to follow instructions. My husband had it together in less than about 40-45 minutes. Comes with all parts, we used a drill to screw in but you could use a screwdriver. Made of all wood and no plastic pieces. The lining is black. All bottom boards have drainage holes. I planted tomatoes and you are to plant them 36" apart so I could only fit two. This held 6 bags of soil at .75 cubic feet per bag and over half a bag of manure.(we were told to put it around the bottom). This planter is super easy to carry even by yourself but is very sturdy and we expect it to last for many years. In the fall, I will replace with flowers. The ends come with caps. My husband who does woodworking as a hobby says this is a good design and was surprised at how sturdy this is.

Perfect size for my patio

My raised garden planter arrived today and I’m so excited to start planning my garden! I haven’t been able to plant anything yet since it’s still winter, but so far I’m really happy with it. It was easy to put together following the instructions and feels solid and well-made. The liner and drain hole will help preserve the wood. I like the height a lot—it seems like it’ll be way easier on my back once gardening season starts. It also looks nice and tidy in the yard, which is a bonus. Overall, even without using it yet, it seems like a good quality planter and I’m looking forward to harvesting many vegetables in the spring.

So far, it's excellent!

Just received this package yesterday, and put it together today. No problems putting it together, and the wood is actually significant, more than I expected. Given the low price, I expected low quality wood or manufactured wood, but this is actually fir boards. I assembled it myself, just one person, without any difficulty. A second person may have helped when putting all the sides together, but I did manage. It looks like it will hold up well. I am going to either paint or stain it, after I look into my options, as I do want it to last. I will also be putting the feet onto concrete patio stones or bricks, so the legs don't sit on the ground. I'm happy with it, and look forward to using them as soon as I'm able, weather-wise! I ordered 3 of these; that was fortunate, as my only complaint was that the first box I opened did not have assembly instructions. But I did find them in the next box.
