The Seward Classic 30" Trunk is the perfect storage solution for any room in your home. Ideal for small space living or stowing away infrequently used items such as bulky linens, seasonal clothing or decorations, memorabilia and keepsakes. This trunk features black hardware with black binding and corner guards. The dual lock-down latches help keep dust and moisture out. The push-button center latch has an optional locking feature (includes keys). For additional security, add a padlock (not included). The trunk also has one front handle for easy moving.

It is a good looking trunk but wished I would have known that it didn't have hinges on the inside of it to support it from breaking the hinges if push hard at the top. We purchased this for our Granddaughter so she had a hope chest for college. It is well made other than not having supportive hinges on the inside.

i get my granddaughters each one when they turn 8 years old for their special things they cherish and want to save and for clothes they do not want to share. So far we got a pink and a purple. Next will be the blue. They deliver right away too. They have a set of keys. I keep one just in case they lose the other. The older girl got a padlock instead with the letters on it for the code to keep hers locked.
