The manufacturer warrants the accompanying Envi Heater to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the applications specified in its operation instructions for a period of THREE (3) years from the date of original purchase in the United States of America and Canada. If the unit exhibits a defect in normal use, the manufacturer will, at its option, either repair or replace it, free of charge within a reasonable time after the unit is returned during the warranty period. 2. As a condition to any warranty service obligation, the consumer must present a copy of the original purchase invoice. 3. THESE WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY FOR: • Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the unit while in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship. • Damage caused by improper installation or connection to incorrect supply voltage. • Damage caused by consumer misuse, tampering, or failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the instructions. • Damage to the finish of the case, or other appearance parts caused by wear. • Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the unit by anyone other than those authorized by the Manufacturer. • Freight and Insurance cost for the warranty service. 4. ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY ARE LIMITED TO A THREE-YEAR DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. Smart, powerful & efficient
I purchased a 1000 watt SMARTENVIMAX to replace a 500 watt non-smart hardwired unit that had stopped working. Installation went quickly with the new unit, and after a bit of fiddling with getting it connected to my internet, I'm immensely pleased with having control via the ENVI app to monitor and adjust the unit as necessary, from afar!

Highly recommended heaters
I bought a condominium with a hydronic heating system. After multiple leaks, expensive repair bills, and valuable advice from a neighbor, I ripped out the old system and replaced it with Envi heaters. I am very happy with my decision. I got the Smart Envi heaters and hardwired them where my old system's fan vents were. The low profile of the Envi heaters looks so much better! I got the Smart EnviMax for my living room/dining room/kitchen area. It provides a constant steady heat to the area, with virtually no noise. I like that you can program it and adjust the heat temperature on the unit or via the app. And replacing my hydronic system with Envi heaters was a fraction of the cost of installing an expensive heat pump (my only other alternative). These heaters are great and I highly recommend them!
