The Envi heater is well packaged with protective corners. The box had a slight ding but no damage to the product. This is the third one I own because they work great to take the chill out of cold areas of house and even out the heat levels.

The item came quickly. It was adequately packaged to protect it. Assembly and installation instructions were spot on. All in all I'm quite pleased with the experience.

Great heaters love the fact that I can plug in set and forget.

I thought it had a plug for the wall. I have to purchase a separate plug and install it to use this.

I do not have a central heating unit. i purchased 3 of these, one for each bedroom. My heating bill compared to last year this month is 30$ less and the average temp for this month was a bit cooler than this month last year. last year we ran lasko heaters. i can 100% say the rooms are way more comfortable. the heat is consistent in the room. i have been running them on low to medium. the lasko heaters...the room never felt warm or comfortable. i am happy with these heaters. wish i would have bought them 3 years ago.

the packaging was easy enough to understand for a 71 yr old woman to install without help.

Walmart did a great job of handling the order and then getting the wall heater to us in excellent time.

Very nice packaging wit a built in template for mounting to a wall. The on indicator light is red, which is a bit confusing as most other electronic devices show a green light when “ on”
