Delicious protein shake!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the taste of this whey protein. It's not too strong and not too sweet. I also tried it in my strawberrry, blueberry shake, and it was amazing! For the first taste test, I simply stirred it with a spoon and it dissolved after a bit. In a blender, obviously it dissolves easily. I would recommend drinking it with your favorite type of milk. It's only 120 calories and a nice 31g of protein per serving, so it's definitely worth it if you're working out or just need to make up your protein for the day.

Fast recovery , and amazing flavor with every scoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these products for free from Influenster and Optimum nutrition in exchange for my honest review . I recently started going back to the gym , and I'm always on the lookout for a protein powder that offers great benefits and good flavor. This whey protein powder checks both boxes. Each scoop delivers 24 grams of protein , and the vanilla ice cream flavor is spot on. Even thought it only contains 1 gram of sugar It's still on the sweeter side , but I just simply add more water to dilute it , which makes it less sweet and easier to drink . The texture is smooth and creamy , almost like drinking a vanilla milkshake without the guilt . So far , I've noticed great results , my recovery feels faster , and I'm able to push through longer workout sessions. I usually drink it an hour before working out , and it's been working out really well for me. overall it's a great product , and I'm excited to even see more benefits with it .
