Works !!!
I use this menopause support for a few weeks and the symptoms that I'm having from premenopausal at night are decreasing. I can go to sleep without the night sweat and having more energy doing the daytime. Definitely working for me and will continue to take them and highly recommended.

Hot Flashes And Constant Anger Be Gone
VH Menopause essentials has become a miracle in my life. Between constant fatigue, sweating even in cold weather, and total anger 24hours a day.i needed help without some dangerous prescription medications. It works, and I feel better each day. Effective menopause symptom relief
I was on hormone replacement therapy for about a year. It helped but my insurance didn't cover it and it was quite expensive, so I was looking for a cheaper alternative. I have been taking this for a week now and so far it has helped just as much as the hrt. I experience hot flashes usually at night, and I have not had them since I've been taking this! I also noticed I feel more energetic throughout the day.
