My son saved up his money to buy this scooter, it worked for 1 day (not even a full day) and stopped working. Hapali was very hard to get ahold of and went through a couple weeks of email to say that they wont replace or refund the scooter because the batter was exposed to moister, which was not from us. When I opened the scooter it was completely rusted inside obviously long before we got it . Do not buy

The bike broke fown in two days only the charger they provided is faulty as well as the bike shows E1 and E8 error with loud noise literally garage. the company is saying they will do something but have not even done anything yet.
