* NVMe Only: This enclosure is designed exclusively for PCIe NVMe M.2 SSDs (M-Key / B+M Key). It does NOT support SATA M.2 drives.

* Speed Varies by Port: The Type-C port supports speeds up to 20Gbps. When using the included USB-A adapter, the maximum speed is 10Gbps.

* Shared Bandwidth: When two SSDs are installed, they share the total 20Gbps bandwidth. Speeds will be divided during simultaneous access to both drives.

* New Drive Setup: Brand new SSDs may need to be initialized and formatted in your computer's operating system (Windows or macOS) before they appear and can be used.

* Power Recommendation: For optimal performance and stability—especially when using two drives under heavy load or with certain devices—we recommend using the included PD power adapter.
