Swanson Lo Han Sweetener Made from Monk Fruit - Calorie and Sugar Free 4 Pack

I was looking for a monk fruit sweetener without erythritol for my sister who likes monk fruit sweetener in her coffee every day, but is concerned about sugar alcohols and their possible effect on the heart, especially in large amounts. This is about the only one I could find. It appears that you have to add something to the monk fruit to make it usable, since companies who sell it without adding anything get complaints that the amount you get is too minuscule to use. Swanson brand has inulin added--a useful prebiotic, so a good choice. My sister likes this sweetener. It tastes great and dissolves well in her coffee. She does use the same amount as with other sweeteners, a full teaspoon. This is a great choice if you are concerned about too much erythritol.
