I count on these boxes to keep food edible when froze
I've seen the hot dog keeper in the past and not thought I needed it. This year as soon it warmed up we were thinking hot dogs and I had throw out a full pack that was freezer burned. I freeze all of our breads in the bun boxes. Our breads are always fresh when thawed.. I confident that the hot dogs will do as well. I do freeze everything in original packages because my husband needs to track his potassium. I don't know if if the plastic bags help but they may. We also store loaf bread in similar boxes made for loaves. Always
