Century's Pro-Grade, USA made cobalt drill bits are made from M35 steel with 5% cobalt and designed to cut through extremely hard metals, including stainless steel. No center punch needed: No center punch needed: Century's 135° quick-cut points are self-centering and penetrate faster with less pressure. Drill bit will not "walk" or "wander" at the starting point. Extremely heat resistant, must be used and operated in power units that have a RPM speed of 1,500 or more for maximum efficiency.
