I almost returned this scooter because it looked dead on arrival, but nothing was actually wrong with it. It just was not fully connected or configured from the factory. Out of the box, the charger went from red to green but the screen would not turn on. I found that the display cable inside the stem or deck was unplugged. Once I plugged it in, the scooter powered up normally. The second issue was that the scooter would not move when I pressed the throttle. It shipped in Non Zero Start mode, which means you have to kick push first before the throttle works. I installed the Tuya Smart app, connected to the scooter, and changed Start Mode to Zero so it works from a standstill. After that, it drove perfectly. The app diagnostics now show everything as normal and the battery is good. So if your scooter charges but seems dead or will not move: Check the display cable connection Use the Tuya app and set Start Mode to Zero After doing that, this scooter works great and I am glad I did not return it. I still need to test the long term use but so far so good.

Do not waste money

Order came in way earlier than was predicted which was great. Once I got it out together and charged up for use, the thing never came on, double checked to make sure everything was done correctly. Still nothing. Would not recommend this product
