These are the most functional shoes I have seen. There is a small wingnut wrench included to remove the two front knobs if you want to walk around in them, so easy and quickly transformed in seconds or that will hold your feet tight to the bike peddles if left on. Two front Velcro straps for a snug fit and a strap with a very reliable buckle acoss the opening/tongue. Very sleek, and you'll feel good in these and walk a little taller, literally as the bottoms give you an extra lift off the ground! If you are a biker you'll want to give these a spin! Very sporty and will make for a much safer ride whether outdoors or in spin class. I would not think of biking outside again without these at this point. Also will use on an encumbant bike inside for fast, hard peddling spurts in the exercise routine. These are not just shoes, they are professional equipment in everything but price. Go for a jog next winter in them too with built in shock absorption!
