O2COOL Rechargeable Personal Cooling Neck Fans

I take my kids to swim lessons and our indoor community pools are stifling, hot and humid, and no air flow. It's very hard to breathe. This fan is an absolute must to take with me. It blows indirectly on the face and neck and cools you down (only slightly), but gives you some much needed airflow toward the face, making it easier to breathe. I love that it is rechargeable, compact, and not very noisy or loud. The only thing I would have liked was to make it just a bit more powerful.
