Excellent set, Heats fast and even. I love to cook, but am very basic. The pans matter and I love the convenience of porcelain with removable handles. I don't have a lot of space and wow does removing the handles make a difference in space utilization. Unfortunately, the porcelain cannot handle and hard cleaning and even burning food can create that one little scratch that will eventually destroy the pot or pan. with stainless steel and cast iron, you never have that issue, but you have to clean them and keep them shiny on the surface so food does not stick. Just a learning curve to me now. I love to cook and these are a keeper
