We have used this since we were children but as adults we use it a different way. When we have an upset stomach or cannot keep solids down, this is the absolute best thing! We slowly mix it with warm to our desired "cream of wheat- type" texture and it is soothing on the digestive system and helps with nausea. For. Real. It is relatively tasteless and not lumpy. This is a great product! This is great to add to your babies cereals and bottles. I will say there are black specks in the product. Do not be alarmed—as this is normal! They are specks of iron! Overall a great first transition for your baby to start solids!
