When I receive this item, the straps weren't long enough to do a crisscross in the back so I could wear it and put my puppy in the front you know pocket the only way to wear. It is to hang it on my shoulder and you know at like a purse option. And you're supposed to be able to have the other option of doing the Kris Kross so you could wear the dog or puppy in the front or even on your back but the straps aren't long enough to even reach the bottom straps won't even reach the top straps and it's missing the hardware just snapped the straps together. There's there's nothing to snap the straps together with so it was poorly made and missing all the stuff to do anything with it. So I don't want this item anymore. I don't think I should have to do anything to alter it to get it to work because then it won't be safe and you know I just don't. I don't want this item anymore and I don't. I can't believe that it left the warehouse or manufacturer made the way it is made. It should've never left that way. It's so if I want to refund.
