Useful for gout
This is another supplement I have used for years. There are many health benefits to both. I mainly use this to help with gout symptoms and to keep them at bay. When I don't take it, I am definitely more prone to an attack. I also have asthma, so I use this to help keep those symptoms at bay. Thankfully, my symptoms improved a lot as an adult.
