Parts came damage. Manufacturer no help replacing.

Some of the threads were messed up on parts (slag from welding), of course they couldn't find what model of bed I had to get me replacements. The company selling it and the parent company are both useless. don't expect help if something is missing or damaged

Trash bed, do not waste your time!!

Pieces arrived bent, usb ports did not work! bottom of one of the parts was missing the foot cap, one of the bars was missing, and the bed is extremely wobbly. They don’t do no quality check. Do not feel safe with my teen using this. It’s just a whole mess. Walmart was nice enough to give me a full refund and told me to just throw it away so now I have to carry these heavy parts to a dumpster. Very disappointed don’t waste your time. Now I’m back in the market again for a loft bed that’s actually sturdy and arrives not broken smh.

the front safety bar was completely wrong, the top and bottom bars were welded offset by about 3/4 of an inch, so on one side the top had a 3/4 inch gap while the bottom was flush with the corner bar, and on the other side, the top bar was flush and the bottom had a 3/4 inch gap, then on the lower cross bar, the braces couldnt be attached cause 1 of the holes just didnt have any threads at all. terrible QA terrible.quality
