They provide excellent coverage, helping keep the room cooler during the summer and nice and dark for nap time with my little ones. Pretty nice kit, comes with everything you could need to install, took me just a few minutes bc it was nearly perfect size for my window, so I didn't need to trim. It does have an off putting smell that is faint, so I hope that will dissipate in time. Room is completely dark and already feels cooler for my toddler to get better sleep.
