The quality of the material is not so good, it's really thin and you have to put it carefully so there aren't any spots from where the sunlight can get in. But my bedroom is completely dark and I do enjoy cave darkness for my goodnight sleep. Also good for migraines and my baby sleeps better since we put them, so I do recommend them!
