I wear a size 34 DD and am 5'4 The romper I got is a size medium. I found once I tightened the straps a little the romper fit me perfect in the chest but then the shorts were short and riding up a little bit. Overall I love this romper, it's so cute and lightweight. The only thing I'd change is make the shorts a little longer. Someone taller than 5'4 won't be able to wear the romper without being too short in the bottom.
