I've gone through countless office chairs since I've worked at home long before the pandemic. Traditionally I've bought into to the notion the more expensive the item, the better it is from a quality and value standpoint. When I was in the market for another chair I thought let's give this brand a chance as it has all the same features of a more expensive model but way more reasonably priced. I'm here to tell you this item delivers from a functional standpoint and that's exactly what you want in a chair. It doesn't have all the bling and flashy bits but how does that make owing it better? Answer: it doesn't. Instead of spending $500 or more on an office chair I urge you to give this one a try, it will not disappoint. Additionally, a few weeks after taking delivery I mistakenly toppled the chair and broke off an arm. Totally my fault. I reached out to the NEO Direct Customer Support Team and asked if I could purchase a new arm. Love the chair so much I was happy to pay for the part plus shipping. They responded within hours of my email and offered to send me the part for free even after I said I was more than willing to pay for it. Two days later I received a box with the new arm and install hardware. To say I am impressed with NEO Direct is an understatement. This is how you cultivate customers for life. If you're on the fence about taking the chance on a "seemingly" inexpensive office chair I urge you to go ahead with your purchase. I'd buy another in a heartbeat if I needed to.

A nice chair. Exactly as promised. Good for it's money. The only inconvenience is that it doesn't have a tilt lock, but it was not mentioned in description. I just didn't think chairs might come without it.
