Don't start drilling holes! It all fits together.

I don't understand why there's so many people saying they had to drill holes. I'm 100% sure that they're not putting it together correctly because I had zero issues; everything went together just fine. It was just a little tricky to get started, but once you have the first two pieces of the base put together, it's pretty easy. If you're having to drill holes that don't line up, try flipping the parts around a few different ways, and eventually you'll find a perfectly fitting hole; it's designed that way so people don't put it together incorrectly, I imagine. Use your brain. It's not that hard.

Poor directions

The instructions were hard to decipher. Illustrations didn’t adequately explain and show the assembly. We had to take the purloins apart due to vague instructions. The small screws were too short and should be larger and longer. We did not have enough plastic washers and had to purchase more. The projected assembly time of 2-3 hours is laughable. To us, over 2 days.
