Good bike…wrong part included?

Bike looks fine, better value than other options. However, the rear red reflector doesn't fit into the seat stem…it must be from a different bike or was just poorly designed. Not a big deal, but it makes the whole bike a little less satisfying in my mind. I wonder what other parts are going to go wrong.
