I ordered the size extra large, the only two options were large and extra large, and when the item got to me, just like somebody else said in their review, they were so small that they could fit a toddler. The size chart in the description is absolutely wrong, these are very very tiny. If you are super skinny, I'm talking about probably a 16 inch waist, the extra large would probably fit you pretty tight but would work. Again, purchase at your own risk because these are way undersized.
