Sent this set as a gift directly my family in another state. They were very pleased with them, especially liked the contoured back because they are a little older and liked the support. I was surprised at first that this set was sent directly from the manufacture, and I had to pay $39 for the delivery. However, the delivery went fine and I received notification/picture--just like my regular Walmart membership delivery. It was worth the additional delivery charge.

Worth the struggle!

The assembly was very challenging. One of the pre-assembled brackets was put on crooked %26 it took me a few minutes to figure out how to remove it %26 put it back on correctly. I figured it out but had to get the proper tool to do it. The tools they supplied were pretty minimal, but I was able to do it, eventually. Overall, I am very pleased with the end result!

I like these chairs, however the screws that came with to assemble are awful. I broke 3 just while putting together. The head of the screw just pops off as you tighten them. Another time, my dad was sitting in one, rocking, and we heard a loud “pop”. After looking 2 more screws broke. He wasn't rocking far nor aggressively, just sitting and slightly moving. I purchased new bolts and spray painted them black to match, then replaced all under side screws. While doing that less than a month after purchase, I noticed what appeared to be rust residue in different spots on each chair. So I'm not sure how long these chairs will last before rust breaks them down, hopefully longer than not. I also had to take the little half sphere “feet” off of each chair as they were damaging my composite deck when moved.
