It does bring relief. I was kinda bummed that it came with the travel base instead of the bigger one some pictures show. And some even received a storage bag. The travel base feels a little flimsy and does not have as many settings as the big one. It doesn't slide, but can tip when trying to get on or off of it sometimes. The attachments are relatively easy to get on and off. For the price, I think it should have included the soft covers, not have to buy them separately. Overall, I do like it, but I do think I could've gotten a way cheaper model and got the same results.
