Q1: Why won't my rods connect?
A: You only need one internal thread between two rods.
- If they won't screw in, unscrew and remove one of the pre-installed threads.
- If they're loose, ensure one thread is in place.
Q2: How do I fix a rod that isn't level?
A: Don't fully tighten the internal thread until the entire rod is leveled against the wall.
- Best Fix: Use the included Joint Connector for easy angle adjustment.
- Quick Fix: Loosen the joint, level the rod, then retighten.
Q3: Can I use one curtain?
A: Yes. Install the ceiling support in the middle. Then, evenly space your hooks on both sides of it. Open the curtain from the center to cover the entire area.
Q4: Why did my shower curtain rod bend after a short time?
A: This is usually caused by over-extending the rod. Please ensure you do not extend it beyond the marked "MAX" line on the tubes. Also, always install the two wall bases on a level surface and tighten all screws securely for even support
