This is a great firm foam roller, at first when I saw it , I was like I hate this, it's to small and wide. But I start doing pelvic floor exercises and deep tissue exercises and and lower abs exercises, it is great, place the roller between the lower back and butt, lift and squeeze, it's better than a membership at a Pilates gym.
