Les Paul Special VE

There was nothing I liked. The guitar came in a Squier by Fender package it did not even come in an Epiphone package. Something fell on it in shipping must be and the guitar is broken where the neck meets the body there's a big Space by the nuts and the truss rod is bent in the neck I can put my fingers between the strings in the neck. Piece of junk garbage from DC music and these people don't know the difference between what I ordered and what they sent me they've been asking me for different emails because they don't know the difference? What kind of incompetence do we have in the music industry now
