unit did come with a 2tb hardrive instead of the 4tb. notified the seller. seller was quick to respond. offered a shipping label to send back to corect issue. i asked if he could refund the deiffernce of the 2tb and 4tb. the rep was happy to do so and did the the refund deiffernce right there on phone call. and with in secounds got notification of price change and refund. thank U
