I purchased this for my 9 year old great niece for her birthday. She received a laptop from her meme and poppie. Let me just say, she was beyond excited when she opened it. Still waiting on finding out the life of the battery before I have to charge. Today is day 8 and no recharge needed under normal use on the single color setting. It has a feature that turns itself off when not in use and to activate you just left click. Out of habit I do turn it all the way off when I am away. My previous mouse was not a gaming mouse just "a wireless mouse" and ran off a AA battery. I changed the battery about once a year lol so this little guy has a challenge ahead of itself. I will be pleased to see that a single charge lasts a month given the cute light up options. I will add to my review later to let you know.

Got 2 for my kids for school. They are working fine so far (less than a week in) they look nice. The kids say they are quiet. The charging cord is really short. Maybe 3 or 4 inches long. They were delivered quickly and work well so far. 5 stars for the first week!
