There is a relatively obvious scratch on the front screen that does not impede my ability to use the device. I do not have any complaints with this phone. I was able to use my previous SIM card in it, it holds a charge well, and my information copied over without issue. This a a good phone so far and an affordable and environmentally responsible alternative to buying a new phone.

Scam. They sell the phone as refurbished and "new looking" but the phone arrived all scratched. To be honest they took the phone back and refund me, but why selling things different from description? Do not buy from this seller because you will most likely have to send it back.
