Product is GREAT, But Seller is AWFUL

The color is great, Beauty Talk LA has a wonderful array of products, but I'll never buy from him/her/them again. I've had problems with two different orders, and BTLA never responds. They're indifferent, they don't give a hoot. I'm not giving any more money to someone like that. Buyer beware!
