The oil obtained from Nocellara del Belìce olives are green with golden yellow reflections. They give a just broken up olive scent with hints of fresh grass and pepper. It has a very intensive green fruitiness. On the palate – a great concentration of flavor with a pleasant encounter of bitter and spicy with medium intensity.
