The company promised this item in a certain timeframe, it got lost by them and I reported it missing after a few weeks, I ordered a new case from another company and about two weeks after reporting it missing their case showed up, I already had the other case,very poor customer service by this company, wanted to charge for it or have me take time out of my day to return to store for them because they did not deliver anywhere close to when it was supposed to be delivered
